1. Please download the account opening documents of Kingsway Financial Services Group Limited and study the documents carefully.
2. Read the documents thoroughly. Ask any question that you may have, particularly on the risk disclosure section. For the Client Information Statement, please fill in ALL relevant sections in its entirely, mark “N/A” or “X” where not applicable. Client Information Statement with incomplete information may cause unnecessary delay of your application.
3. Invite another person licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong or an employee of any licensed entity within the Kingsway Group or Justice of the Peace or other qualified professional such as: certified public accountant, lawyer, public notary or a branch manager of a bank to act as your witness, sign and print his/her name, occupation and location of witness on the Witness Signature section on the relevant documents and certify your supporting documents.
4. Please provide copies of the following supporting documents:-
   1. Individual / Joint Account
      • Certified True Copy(ies) of the Hong Kong ID Card(s) or passport(s) of all account holders
      • Proof of residential address within the recent 3 months, such as in the form of utility bills or credit card statement printed with your name and address.
   2. Corporate Account
      Hong Kong Company
      1. Latest Annual Return
      2. Memorandum & Articles of Association
      3. Business Registration Certificate
      4. Certificate of Incorporation
      Non Hong Kong Company
      1. Memorandum & Articles of Association
      2. Certificate of Incorporation
      3. Register of Share / Members & Register of Directors
      4. Certificate of Incumbency (Within 6 Months)
      5. Certificate of Good-Standing (Within 6 Months)
         
         • Certified True Copy(ies) of the Hong Kong ID Card(s) or passport(s) of Director(s), Authorized Person(s), Beneficial Owner(s) and Guarantor(s)
         • Proof or residential address within the recent 3 months of the Company, Director(s), Authorised Person(s), Beneficial Owner(s) and Guarantor(s), such as in the form of utility bills or credit card statement printed with your name and address.

To open a Stock Options Trading Account, client requires to open the Securities Trading Account.
