Notifications of Funds Withdrawal
- Fax Notification is available for all withdrawal instructions including overseas remittance. It can be made through fax to our Customer Service Department at (852) 2877 1026.
Processing Timeline Upon Notification of Fund Withdrawal
- For cheque withdrawal and T.T. requests received by 11:00a.m., these shall be processed on the same day.
- For cheque withdrawal and T.T. requests received after 11:00a.m., these shall be processed on the next working day.
